The Project Proponent proposes to extract sand from the seabed of the area off the south- eastern coast of Pahang. The Project area is approximately 23.74 km2 (2,374 ha) and is located approximately 7 nautical miles (nm) off the coast of Teluk Cempedak on the south- eastern coast of the State of Pahang.
